Stage 1 of 3 Grow
Start with Grow to replace manual training and compliance. As your needs evolve, Scale expands learning across the organization. When workforce strategy becomes a priority, Transform connects learning, performance, and engagement.
A full LMS, and more.
Built for employee capability development alongside AI.
Grow turns learning into capability, not just completions. A full LMS with a skills framework tied to every role, drafted by AI Skills Management for people to approve.
Move from learning activity to workforce capability
Build skills, automate administration, and gain visibility into workforce readiness from a single platform.
Learning lacks visibility and impact
- Learning attendance logged by hand in spreadsheets
- No clear view of the skills people actually have
- Learning disconnected from performance
- Learning sits outside the flow of work, so admins chase completions
Build workforce capability with confidence
- Attendance and records tracked automatically
- Skills and capability visibility
- Learning linked to business outcomes
- Learning in Teams and Microsoft 365, so it gets completed
Zensai leads learning with +90% user adoption
Most LMS use cases end up being a compromise. Zensai is different. With Grow, L&D, employees, managers, and IT each get what they need in one connected system. And because it’s built inside Microsoft 365, people actually use it.
L&D Manager
“I spend most of my time on admin chasing completions, updating records, building reports. I got into L&D to build capability, not manage spreadsheets.”
- Automation handles assignments, enrolments, reminders and certificates end to end.
- AI guides every learner through content so your team focuses on strategy, not support tickets.
HR Director
“The board wants to know if our people have the skills to deliver the strategy. Right now I can't answer that question with any confidence.”
- Skills mapped to every role across the organization, with gaps visible in real time.
- Learning connected directly to performance and development, not running as a separate activity.
IT Leader
Every new HR tool means a new security review, new data flows, and another system to govern.”
- Microsoft 365 Certified App. Annual Microsoft security review already done.
- AI and data stay inside your existing tenant. Same governance, nothing to manage separately.
How Zensai works in Microsoft 365
No new logins. No new app. No new governance conversation. Zensai is built inside Microsoft 365, not just connected to it. Your IT team manages one environment. Your people use one set of credentials. And AI operates within the security and compliance framework already in place, so there's no shadow AI risk and nothing to govern twice.
Trusted by 2,000+ IT & HR leaders in Microsoft-first organizations
Zensai transforms learning, engagement, and performance into impact right inside Microsoft 365. No disruption, just smarter ways to grow where your teams already work.
Loved by users, trusted by leaders
We've built something that agents actually want to use. They're asking for more. More sessions. More content. More pathways.
We wanted to heavily invest in people's growth and a robust and modern LMS was critical in achieving that goal.
We have a very structured training plan for onboarding new hires who can view all their mandatory courses on their personal dashboard. We also have compliance and IT security training for all employees which is taken annually.
FAQs
What is Zensai Grow?
Zensai Grow is a learning management system (LMS) built natively inside Microsoft 365. It combines course creation, AI-assisted learning, a skills framework, learning automation, and performance foundations, so L&D and HR teams can move from delivering compliance training to building capability across the workforce. Everything runs inside Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Copilot, in the Microsoft 365 environment the organization already governs.
Is Zensai built natively inside Microsoft 365?
Yes. Zensai is a Microsoft 365-native learning platform, with a full LMS at its core, engineered to live inside Microsoft 365, not as an external app reaching in through connectors. It runs in Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Copilot, Power BI, and Entra ID. IT finds, reviews, and deploys it as a Microsoft Certified App through the Microsoft Marketplace it already uses for vendor governance, which shortens review cycles and lifts adoption.
Can Zensai replace our separate LMS, authoring, and certification tools?
Yes. Zensai has a full learning management system with course and quiz authoring built in, including Content Authoring for creating content without a separate authoring tool, and it imports and runs SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, and LTI content. Certification management issues, tracks, expires, and renews certificates with audit-ready templates, so a separate certification tool isn’t needed either.
How does Zensai’s pricing structure work?
Does Zensai include skills mapping and skills management?
Yes, and skills management is included in Zensai Grow, not a separate add-on. You map skills to roles and content, define levels, award them on course completion, set target skills, and run gap analysis that drives learning recommendations, with self-evaluation and manager review built in. AI Skills Management speeds up building the skills framework by drafting and organizing skills, while people decide what to keep.
What AI does Zensai include, and does a person stay in control?
Zensai includes several named AI capabilities, each built into the flow of work. The AI Tutor answers learner questions, AI recommendations suggest courses and learning paths, AI Skills Management drafts the skills framework, and Content Authoring drafts courses and quizzes. All of it runs inside your Microsoft 365 governance boundary, and a person reviews and decides what happens: the AI prepares and suggests, never acting on people on its own.
Does Zensai work for organizations with both desk-based and frontline workers?
Yes. Alongside the desk-based experience in Teams and Microsoft 365, Zensai Grow includes frontline worker access, a purpose-built experience for deskless workers in manufacturing, retail, field, healthcare, and hospitality. Training reaches them through a mobile app with offline access for low-connectivity settings, and it is licensed per frontline worker so you match the license count to your workforce mix. L&D keeps control of user management, with the same visibility into learning progress for frontline workers as for desk-based teams.
Can Zensai handle employee onboarding and compliance training in Microsoft 365?
Yes. Zensai delivers onboarding and compliance training as structured training plans that assign automatically: the Automation Center provisions new joiners from Entra ID and assigns the right courses, certifications, and refreshers by rule as people join or change roles. For compliance, it tracks completions, issues compliance certificates with a full completion record, and sends reminders through email and Teams so nothing lapses. Because it runs inside Microsoft 365, onboarding and compliance training reach people in the tools they already use.
How fast can we deploy Zensai across Microsoft 365?
Deployment is fast because Zensai uses the Microsoft identities you already run. Automatic user provisioning from Microsoft Entra ID means no separate HRIS connector is required when Entra ID is your employee source of truth, so users, groups, and access come straight from your existing directory. New starters pick up their learning as soon as they land in the directory, without a separate setup step.
What do customers say about Zensai?
On G2, reviewers highlight how naturally Zensai fits their Microsoft 365 environment, how quickly it rolls out, and how responsive the support team is. These reviews reflect the Zensai platform experience across learning, performance, and engagement rather than any single edition. You can read verified customer reviews on Zensai’s G2 profile.
