What is compliance training software?

What are the benefits of compliance training software?

How is this different from tracking compliance in SharePoint and spreadsheets?

Spreadsheets and SharePoint can store records, but they can’t auto-assign mandatory training, flag expiring certifications, chase completions, or produce audit-ready evidence on demand. Zensai automates all of that — and because it lives inside the Microsoft 365 tools your people already use, the training actually gets done.

Do we need to replace our HRIS?

No. Zensai reads from Entra ID by default and can also connect to 80+ HRIS systems, including Workday and SAP, so a new hire, role change, or transfer triggers the right compliance training automatically — without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

How does it compare to Microsoft Viva Learning?

They’re complementary. Viva Learning surfaces and aggregates content; Zensai is the structured system that delivers, automates, tracks, and reports against required compliance training. Viva is the discovery surface; Zensai is the system of record — and Zensai content can surface in Viva Learning.

What does the AI do — does it write our compliance courses on its own?

The AI turns a policy or SOP into a draft compliance course or knowledge check, so L&D starts from a draft instead of a blank page. Your team reviews, edits, and approves what goes live — the judgment stays human.

Which edition includes compliance training?

Zensai does not provide the course materials. However, management of compliance training is included in the Grow edition, the entry edition of the Zensai Platform — alongside onboarding and capability building. Scale and Transform add performance and engagement capabilities on top, on the same platform inside Microsoft 365.

How long does it take to get value?

Because Zensai runs inside the Microsoft 365 you already have, there’s no separate system to stand up. Mandatory training can be auto-assigned from Entra ID from day one, so the workforce is in scope quickly rather than after a long rollout.

Will people actually complete the training?

Required courses and reminders show up in Teams and Outlook, where people already work — not in a separate portal they have to remember to visit. Managers can check in on mandatory compliance progress from Copilot, and remind their reports to complete specific courses. Employees can also be reached via mobile notifications. That’s why adoption and completion rates stay high.
