Is Learn365 discontinued?
No. Learn365 is now part of Zensai Grow, the first edition of the Zensai platform. The learning management you rely on is all still here, now part of an edition that also builds skills, coaches with AI, and lays the first performance foundations.
Is Grow still an LMS?
Yes. Grow includes the full learning management you had in Learn365, and it’s more than an LMS, with skills development and the first performance foundations built in.
What is the Zensai platform?
Zensai is the Human Success company. Its platform brings learning, and then skills, performance, and engagement, natively inside Microsoft 365. Grow is the first edition, and where the LMS you know as Learn365 now lives.
Do we need to change our Microsoft 365 setup, or run a new security review?
No. Zensai is a Microsoft 365 Certified App that runs in the tenant you already secure, with Entra ID provisioning and single sign-on. The annual Microsoft security review is already done, so there’s nothing new for IT to stand up.
What is the difference between Grow, Scale, and Transform?
Grow is where the LMS you know becomes capability building, with skills, AI coaching, and the first performance foundations. Scale connects performance across managers and teams. Transform brings learning, performance, and engagement together, with a board-level view of organizational health. Grow is where most organizations start.
I know it as LMS365. Is that the same product?
Yes. LMS365 and Learn365 are earlier names for what is now the Zensai platform, delivered through Grow. It’s the same product you know, still built natively inside Microsoft 365.
