A new podcast from Zensai, hosted by Nina Elisabeth Carøe and Robin Daniels. Season 1 of the Human Success Show launches on 3 November 2026, with new episodes every two weeks.
What does it really take to succeed?
It’s a question that sounds simple. Until you start trying to answer it.
The world of work is changing at extraordinary speed. AI is reshaping jobs, leadership expectations are evolving, and organizations are under increasing pressure to deliver more while supporting the people who make it all possible.
But as technology moves forward, are we asking enough questions about the humans behind it?
That’s why we’re launching The Human Success Show, a brand-new podcast from Zensai, hosted by Nina Elisabeth Carøe, our Chief Human Success Officer, and Robin Daniels, our Chief Business Officer.
A show exploring what helps people succeed at work and in life.
And we’re inviting you along for the conversation.
Why The Human Success Show?
For Nina and Robin, the idea came from a shared belief: the future of work cannot just be about technology. It has to be about people.
We’re living through one of the biggest transformations in how we work. AI is changing what we do, how we do it and the skills we’ll need tomorrow.
But technology alone doesn’t build great teams. It doesn’t create trust or automatically make someone a better leader.
And while there’s no shortage of conversations about AI, productivity and business transformation, Nina and Robin wanted to create space for a different kind of discussion.
What progress looks like for people experiencing all this change
What makes someone a great leader? How do we build workplaces where people can develop and perform at their best? What can we learn from people who’ve achieved extraordinary things, and from the setbacks they’ve experienced along the way?
These are the questions at the heart of The Human Success Show.
As Nina Elisabeth Carøe explains:
“What is it about the way we live and work today that isn’t really working out so well for most of us? If we can come up with solutions for how to create better working lives for people, that would be awesome.”
And for Robin Daniels, it’s about finding the balance between people and business performance:
“We want people to succeed. Ultimately, you don’t have a company if you’re not successful, but it can’t be at the expense of people suffering.”
Together, they want to explore what Human Success really means, learning from people with different experiences, perspectives and definitions of success.
Season 1: What does it mean to succeed in a world that’s changing faster than ever?
That’s the question we’re setting out to explore in our first season.
Because while technology is transforming the workplace, our understanding of success needs to evolve alongside it.
Is success about achieving more? Becoming a better leader? Finding purpose in what you do? Or learning when to change direction entirely?
And how do we create environments where people can achieve extraordinary things without losing sight of what makes us human?
Throughout Season 1 of the Human Success Show, we’ll explore some of the biggest questions shaping our working and personal lives.
From the role of AI and the future of leadership to high performance, resilience, learning and the psychology behind human behavior.
We’ll challenge traditional definitions of success and explore what we can learn from people whose experiences extend far beyond the corporate world.
Some of the themes we’ll explore include:
- Leadership in a changing world: What does great leadership look like when the rules keep changing?
- AI and the human advantage: As technology becomes more capable, what will set humans apart?
- Performance and potential: What helps people perform at their best, and are we measuring the things that really matter?
- Learning, growth and resilience: What can setbacks, reinvention and unexpected career paths teach us about success?
- Culture and human connection: How do we create workplaces where people feel supported, challenged and able to contribute?
- Success beyond work: What does a successful life really look like, and who gets to define it?
We don’t expect every guest to have the same answers.
In fact, that’s precisely the point.
