Why agentic AI matters now for L&D and HR leaders

What agentic AI means for HR and L&D leaders 

There’s a tendency to frame future-proofing as prediction. In reality, it’s about alignment. Agentic AI will become more common. Expectations around responsiveness will rise. Scrutiny around governance will increase, not decrease.
