The Basic plan is included with your Zensai subscription and provides essential support to help you get started. It includes access to the Help Center, standard onboarding guidance, and helpdesk support. It’s ideal for teams with internal capacity to self-manage implementation and adoption.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Many customers start with the Basic plan and upgrade to Plus or Premium as their needs evolve. If you find that your team needs more structured onboarding, strategic guidance, or technical consulting, upgrading is simple and can be done at any time.

Are Success Plans tied to product tiers like Standard or Professional?

No. Success Plans are independent of your product tier. Whether you use Learn365 Standard, Professional, or Select—or the full Human Success Platform—you can choose the Success Plan that best fits your goals and internal resources.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

It depends on your team’s size, complexity, and internal capacity. 

  • Choose Basic if you’re confident managing onboarding and support internally. 
  • Choose Plus if you want structured rollout support and regular check-ins.
