A new, more inclusive, more integrated way to engage employees and track their performance will now be available to all LMS365 customers globally.

As LMS365’s CEO, I am super proud to announce that we have acquired Weekly10, a leader in Performance and Engagement technology for the Microsoft ecosystem. The combination of our AI-powered, category-leading learning platform, with game-changing performance and engagement technology will bring us closer to our vision of making every employee on the planet more engaged, more productive, and more successful.

From the moment we met Andrew Roberts, founder of Weekly10, we knew that their vision, mission, and culture aligned well with our own at LMS365, focused on making employees better every single day.

One of the biggest issues facing the modern world is a lack of engagement at work stemming from a lack of opportunities, low visibility, poor engagement, and limited career growth. In fact, it’s gotten so bad that in a recent survey 2/3 employees would quit their jobs if something better came along.

That’s a disaster waiting to happen.

And while there are no easy fixes to this, we know we have to change the way we work.

The truth is that we are sitting on a goldmine of unrealized potential, productivity, and happiness, if only we had the tools and knowledge to unlock it. Weekly10 is an amazing platform where employees can check-in weekly to tell their managers and their team how they are doing, how they are feeling, and what blockers they have for success. This sharing, this openness and transparency drives better engagement, inclusion, and teamwork, and ultimately makes people happier about the work they are doing.

At LMS365 we have roughly 2 million users who use our platform to learn, upskill and reskill in more than 60 countries. We are growing at over 50% every year and our platform is loved by our customers everywhere. Yet, we know that an employee journey is not just about learning, it’s about performance and engagement too. The holy grail is to have an employee who is continuously learning, deeply engaged, and performing at the highest levels possible.

This is in stark contrast to how most companies operate today.

We believe that the future is not about annual learning, annual performance appraisals, rare employee check-ins, and top-down leadership.

We believe that the future is about driving real-time engagement, optimizing for real-time performance, delivering just in time learning, and creating a culture of empowerment where people are motivated to do the best work of their lives every day.

This will not only create greater success for the company, but also for the employee to lead better, more productive, more successful lives. At the end of the day, we believe that human success will be the outcome of this.

If we all unlock the potential within ourselves, within our teams, and within our companies, it will lead to a better future for all of us.

We know we are just getting started.

Let’s go!
