Return/Exchange Policy

(Please read this entire document before returning/exchanging orders)

Items and Packaging: All returned and exchanged items must include all of its original packagings. Items and packagings must be in like-new condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached).

You have 30 days from the DAY OF SHIPMENT to return or exchange your item(s).

  • Please check your shipping confirmation email to determine the day of shipment.
  • Exchanges are processed like returns, a credit will be applied to your account once the order has been received by Zensai. A new order will have to be submitted to receive your new items.

Returns/refunds must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a return label.

  • Please Note that Zensai is not responsible for lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged return packages.

Shipping costs and Fees

  • Shipping fees are not refundable on returns or exchanges.
  • A $10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Returned funds will be issued in the same form of payment and to the same credit card account used to complete the purchase.

Refunds will be issued  7-10 business days after your returned items have been received by Zensai.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

Custom Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
