We offer the opportunity to order selected items in advance of their release date. Pre-orders are placed on a priority waiting list and shipped as soon as they become available.

Once an order has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled or modified. To return items, carefully follow our return procedure and allow 7 to 10 business days to process your request once the item(s) have arrived at our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship our products outside the U.S.

30 Days - You must return items within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving a return label. Once your return is successfully processed a refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a $10 restocking fee.

Items and Packaging: All returned items must include all the original packaging and must be in like-new condition. Zensai may reject return requests if an item and/or packaging is damaged.

Returns are processed 7-10 business days after we receive your item(s). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment and to the same credit card used for purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Yes. Exchanges are handled like returns. You have to return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order on Zensai.com
