Weekly10 (now called Zensai) is now an ISO 27001 HR software. It’s the international standard for information security that recognizes how leading companies handle and protect data.
The ISO 27001 framework influences how every person in the company operates. That’s because it’s a data-first mindset. Having this certification reassures customers, partners, and employees that their data’s in safe hands.
Andy Roberts, Weekly10 CEO and Founder said, “This accreditation is important for us. That’s because everything we do is built on trust and transparency. And when the product you’re offering handles such large volumes of sensitive information, customers need to know they can trust your people and processes.”
Already demonstrating data integrity
Weekly10 were certified by QMS International. They performed a thorough audit of all the company systems and processes, and praised the level of integrity already demonstrated by the team. This ISO certification, alongside regular product vulnerability checks and penetration tests, shows the level of commitment to information security and data safety.
Raising the standards
It’s another feather in the cap for Weekly10, who became a Microsoft Partner in 2020.
Alex Thomas, Head of Platform at Weekly10 said, “We take security and data resilience seriously. That’s why Weekly10’s built with a Microsoft Teams-first roadmap. It’s one of the many reasons that global employers trust us to support their employee engagement and performance management strategy.”
Achieving ISO 27001 certification
Companies must show a comprehensive and consistent approach to protecting sensitive company and customer information. That includes employee and customer data, financial information, and third-party data. Maintaining the certification requires a one-to-three-year audit cycle.
