When Shelby Colgan stepped into her role as National Academy Manager, she had three days to onboard and a massive mission: migrate the entire learning system within 90 days.
“Our ecosystem runs on Microsoft Teams,” Shelby explains. “But the old LMS couldn’t integrate. It was clunky, hard to use, and didn’t scale with us.”
