Building a collaboration with AI-powered training
Before adopting Learn365, Bossard faced challenges with fragmented training systems. “Our employees had no chance to see what training was offered across Bossard,” shares Nathalie. “Departments were offering individual, non-transparent training.” To solve this, Learn365 was rolled out to create a unified hub for training, accessible to employees regardless of their location.

Chiefly, Teams has become an essential tool for employees managing multiple projects and collaborating internally and externally.
Additionally, Learn365 has also been instrumental in governing how to form new Microsoft Teams groups. More specifically, Bossard implemented a process where employees are required to complete a Microsoft Teams basic training course in Learn365 before they can create their own Teams. Thus leading to a more controlled and organized adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
AI-powered training efficiency: Revolutionizing quiz creation
One standout feature of Learn365 is its AI capabilities, especially in quiz creation. Daniel Specht, Senior Client Success Consultant at Bossard, highlights how the platform reduces manual effort.
It’s quite time-consuming to create quiz questions manually in an LMS, especially when working in multiple languages. With the AI module, we create an Excel sheet with questions and answers in different languages and import it into Learn365 using the AI module. This process reduces our efforts by approximately 60-70%.
While Daniel acknowledges that automatically generated quizzes from AI need further refinement, particularly for multilingual consistency, the time savings have been invaluable.
We’ve saved around 20 hours this year just by using the AI feature for quiz creation. The more we refine our process, the greater the impact will be on efficiency.

Presently, Bossard has embraced AI organization-wide. Microsoft Copilot supports daily tasks like translations, content refinement, and document analysis. Daniel adds, “We’ve integrated AI into concept development and operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.”
Moreover, AI at Bossard extends beyond Learn365. The company has fully embraced Microsoft Copilot, with Daniel using it daily for various tasks, including translations, refining learning course content, and analyzing PDF documents.
We put a lot of focus on AI and Microsoft Copilot. It’s rolled out organization-wide, and I use it for everything from improving wording to concept development and document analysis.

Looking ahead, Bossard is excited to explore more AI features within Learn365. While Daniel and the team are still exploring the platform’s full AI capabilities, the potential to streamline learning processes and create a more personalized experience for employees is clear.
